Contact our sleep experts via email or phone within 100 days of delivery to start your return or exchange process.
- 2.Verification and Assessment
Provide a copy of your original receipt and a few photos of the mattress to confirm it is in clean, hygienic condition and free of structural damage.
- 3.Schedule a Pickup
Once approved, we will coordinate a convenient time for our professional logistics team to remove the mattress from your home at no additional cost.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
After the mattress is inspected at our facility, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
